2. Booking & Confirmation

  • Bookings can be made through our website, phone, or WhatsApp.

  • A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message from us.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate details such as pickup location, date, time, and contact information.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking, waiting time, or extra kilometers.

  • Payments must be made as per the method provided (online/offline).

  • In case of non-payment, the booking may be cancelled without notice.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 2–6 hours before the scheduled pickup time (based on your location and service type).

  • Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in cancellation charges.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our Cancellation Policy.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must arrive on time at the pickup location.

  • Any damage to the vehicle caused by the customer will be chargeable.

  • Customers must behave respectfully with drivers and staff.

  • Illegal activities, carrying prohibited items, or intoxicated behavior is strictly prohibited.

6. Driver & Vehicle Responsibilities

  • Drivers will follow safe driving practices and maintain professional behavior.

  • Vehicles are regularly maintained for safety and cleanliness.

  • In case of breakdowns or delays, alternative arrangements will be made as far as reasonably possible.

7. Delays & Unforeseen Events

Kalix Viator is not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by:

  • Traffic

  • Weather conditions

  • Road closures

  • Natural disasters

  • Mechanical issues

  • Any situation beyond our control

No compensation will be provided for delays caused by such conditions.

8. Tour Packages

  • Itineraries may change due to weather, safety concerns, or availability.

  • Some activities may be operated by third-party vendors.

  • Kalix Viator is not responsible for vendor actions but ensures to work with reliable partners.

9. Event Management Services

  • Event details must be confirmed in advance.

  • Any last-minute changes may affect pricing or availability.

  • Kalix Viator is not responsible for issues caused by third-party suppliers but will assist in resolving them.

10. Third-Party Services

Some travel or event services may be fulfilled by approved partners.
We are not liable for issues arising from third-party companies but will help in coordination whenever possible.

11. Liability Disclaimer

  • Kalix Viator is not liable for loss of personal belongings or property damage.

  • We are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages caused by unavoidable circumstances.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

Users must not:

  • Misuse or hack the website

  • Use automated tools to extract data

Violation may result in restricted access or legal action.
